Kalia studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and spanish philology at the university of athens. She did postgraduate studies in theory of literary translation in the university of salamanca spain. She is a specialized translator and lawyer, member of the Heraklion bar association. Kalia has extensive experience in translating legal documents, especially contracts and judicial decisions. Kalia is fluent in spanish and english language and also speaks french, italian and arabic as well.
